After nearly 3 years, they meet in another Final, this time for the shortest format. Sri Lanka has had a history of losing all of their last 4 ICC Trophy Finals but brilliant Lasith Malinga and somehow Kumar Sangakara overturned the fortune and Sri Lanka finally win an ICC Trophy after their ODI World Cup win 1996. 22 days of pure entertainment, from Match 1 to the Final, it got better and better with each passing hour. Nawaz Sharif declared victory for his party in Pakistan’s landmark elections on Saturday, putting him on course to form the next government as prime minister for a historic third term. The partial, unofficial results represented a remarkable comeback for a man deposed in a 1999 military coup, after nearly 60 percent of the 86 million electorate turned out to vote, defying polling day attacks that left 24 dead. England's ODI Captain Alaistar Cook with ICC Champions Trophy 2013. Champions Trophy, previously called the ICC Knock-Out Cup, will be held in England and Wales between 6 and 23 June, 2013. Three cities will host the tournament's matches: London (at The Oval), Birmingham (at Edgbaston) and Cardiff (at Cardiff Wales Stadium). Pakistan started its cricket back in October 1952 when a team led by Abdul Hafeez Kardar faced India in their first test at Delhi.
